Position –  Sales Account Manager – Haircare s(Home – Field based)

Territory- Harrow, Reading, North West London, Southall, West London, Watford, Aylesbury, Hemel Hempstead area

The job role will incorporate the following functions and more.

  • Sales & Business development of haircare brands through sales and education.
  • Strive to meet and exceed targets in a professional manner.
  • Ensuring the highest degree of customer satisfaction through partnership.
  • Processing all required reports in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Real time reporting to Regional Management
  • Delivering additional product knowledge training/demonstrations to your customers.
  • Naturally building a rapport with customers to identity and anticipate needs in order to further develop sales on territory.
  • High standard of organised prospecting to ensure continued area growth.
  • Managing and evolving the educational support programme.
  • Managing and updating of journey plans & routes.

 

Reporting to – Divisional Area Manager & UK and Ireland National Sales Manager

The remuneration package;

Basic salary 35,000

Bonus structure 4% on target.

Company car – quality executive grade vehicle

Company Mobile Phone fully expensed

Company iPad

Fleet fuel card

Overnight hotel & evening meal expenses where applicable
