Executive Assistant to CEO

This is an amazing opportunity working for a beauty/cosmetics brand we're working exclusively with. Although they're not a start-up, this is a brand-new global launch of premium products.

We are looking for someone who is smart, naturally thorough yet quick thinking; commended for remaining calm, positive, and discreet always. Takes pride in strong work ethic whilst remaining professional and personable in nature. Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional emotional intelligence. Someone who naturally goes above and beyond, with resilience and enthusiasm. You are at your best in a fast paced, creative, and high-growth environment and you pride yourself on always staying ahead.

  • Gatekeeper to CEO office, managing the CEO hectic and ever-changing schedule
  • Schedule and manage complex business diary, meetings, appointments, and travel itineraries
  • Organising documentation and preparing Founder for meetings and events. Attend meetings with and on behalf of the Founder, and take minutes in internal meetings
  • Manage and coordinate Founder led events
  • Coordinator and/or lead ad-hoc projects, presentations, and briefs
  • Ambassador to the Founder, dealing with sensitive information and people of interest on a regular basis, where discretion and high level of professionalism are key
  • Work in a close-knit team
  • Use initiative and acute awareness of priorities to adapt the Founder’s workflow to ever changing situations
  • Co-ordinate conference calls and video conference calls with external guests as well as internal staff members
  • Build successful working relationships with people at all levels within the company
  • Ensure the Founder is prepared for all meetings and calls



  • Experience of working in a Founder led creative business
  • Excellent communicator in written and verbal form
  • Proven success in planning and leading cross functional projects
  • Excellent workload prioritisation and ability to multi-task whilst maintaining high levels of attention to detail and meeting deadlines
  • Strong reporting skills, with a focus on interdepartmental communication
  • Comfortable with ambiguity, change, demonstrating resilience and ability to work at pace.
  • Strong EQ, diplomatic, gracious with a good dose of common sense and judgement.
  • Can demonstrate ability to build productive relationships across all levels, with strong influencing and networking skills.
  • Utterly discreet and used to managing confidential information and projects.
  • Proven acumen to handle complex situations and multiple responsibilities, bringing calm and focus when needed.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with an ability to become familiar with organisation specific programs and software
