We’re currently working with an amazing global skincare business with a multi-million£ turnover, employing over 3,000 staff worldwide. Their award winning products can be purchased in major retailers, department stores and major pharmacy chains across the globe.

As part of their rapid growth in the e-commerce space, they’re looking to recruit and E-Commerce Key Account Manager to manage their well-known e-tailers with a view to increasing new business in these areas also.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the growth of key e-tailers increasing digital mix of business in line with the overall business goals.
  • Strategise, build & execute an effective commercial strategy
  • Responsible for commercial analytics and reports
  • Work closely with marketing to ensure focus and activations to drive new consumers, conversion & repeat purchase
  • Manage the daily/weekly/monthly reports and provide detailed analysis on key business drivers and sales by product.
  • Alignment with finance & supply chain on demand and forecasting.


To be successful in this role, you’ll need experience of working with beauty / cosmetic e-tailers such as THG, Beauty Bay, Feelunique or similar. The basic salary for the role is £40,000 and the role comes with a 20% bonus and healthcare and wellness cover. This is a mix of home and office based with the office being in London.
