Commercial Manager

We’re currently working exclusively with a fantastic FMCG business based in Yorkshire. They have a very diverse product range and are experiencing huge growth even in the current market.

To support their growth, they are looking to recruit a Commercial Manager to manage a small number of key accounts as well as manage a small and very close-knit team.

The Role:

  • Plan, develop and implement a strategy for sales and marketing to meet agreed targets
  • Monitor sales campaigns to increase sales and profits for both key accounts and account management across the team
  • Plan and implement strategy for the development of specific product ranges
  • Monthly sales reporting to the board across agreed product range
  • Motivate and manage the sales team by setting goals and objectives ensuring accuracy work and first class service
  • Champion systems and procedures across the team and business and overall

This is a very diverse role and will play an integral part of the senior management team. It offers a great opportunity to develop and grow as the business grows with a view to moving into a Commercial Director role.
