Role: Business Development Manager

Location: Edinburgh – Cover all of Scotland – Home based/Field Based

Salary: £30k + Car Allowance + Bonus

We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join an amazing business within the Beauty/Skincare industry.

The Role:

• Achieving sales Targets and KPIs
• Work with Spa/Salon owners to implement key marketing strategies
• Constantly achieve targets for sell in of new launches
• Increasing brand turnover
• Planning and preparing presentations via PowerPoint.
• Communicating new product developments to prospective clients.
• Overseeing the development of marketing literature.
• Writing reports, motivational team creating incentives to increase sales.
• Providing management meetings with business support.
• Event and marketing support throughout the year.
